Bruce M. Whittier middle school participates in MLTI (The Maine Learning Technology Initiative) until 2020 when the current lease ends. The goal of this initiative is to provide state support for access to technology enhanced educational experiences for all students.

All students and teachers in grade 7 & 8 are equipped with a MacBook Air laptop computer.
