Welcome to the Whittier Wellness! My name is Kimberly Yorkey, and I am in my 14th year of teaching health and wellness to eighth graders. As I am sure you are aware, health behaviors can be established at a young age. Some of these behaviors can be risky and can result in negative consequences. However, these risky behaviors can be prevented by developing health skills. My hope is for each and every student to gain this specific health knowledge through this Wellness course.
