RSU 16 Adult Education has been serving the towns of Mechanic Falls, Minot, Poland and surrounding areas since 1984 - but we are NOT your Granddad's Adult Ed program! No matter what your age, we can help you:

  • explore new or first careers,
  • research, apply and prepare for jobs,
  • improve your skills for college entrance,
  • learn computer skills,
  • practice basic literacy skills,
  • and of course, we can still help you finish high school . . .

We also offer dozens of classes and sessions just for fun! We exist for YOU - our community members! Please feel free to visit, call or email anytime with your questions, ideas and/or feedback. Is there something you have been wanting to do but were not sure where to start? Let us help! Our Learning Center is located at 129 Elm Street inside the Elm Street School building.
