Drama

The Whittier Drama Club is offered to all middle school students.  In the first five to six weeks of after school meetings, students are introduced to improvisation and acting, as they prepare for the audition for the annual middle school play.  After the auditions and the play is cast, students rehearse weekly for six to eight weeks for the final evening production.
Nearly thirty Whittier students will be part of this year’s play, Aliyah and the Genie, an adaptation of Aladdin. It will be presented in the high school auditorium at 7:00 p.m. on March 15. All are welcome!
