Hello Elm Street School Families! A representative from the Maine Oral Health Program will be here on November 10th and November 19th to provide free dental screenings and fluoride application for any families that have turned in their fluoride permission form. Through this program students can receive two fluoride applications per school year for free!
Also be on the lookout for permission forms being sent home for families wishing to have their student(s) receive more comprehensive dental care while at school. Tooth Fairies will be coming to Elm St. School this year to offer services to students including dental cleaning, sealants, dental hygiene instruction, and temporary fillings. If you would like to receive these services for your child please send back the health history/permission form at your earliest convenience. We hope to have Tooth Fairies start working with students in December.
