Student Medication Plans

Attention PCS families who's children will require daily medications or have allergies or asthma action plans. All medications need to have permission forms signed by the Doctor and parents before medications can be given. The 1st day of school is approaching quickly August 30th! Nurse Jess will be available and at the school August 22nd and 23rd 11am-7pm as well as durning open house on August 28th. These forms and medications can be dropped off to her. Forms can be found on the RSU 16 website under departments, health services. All medications need to be in the original container with the pharmacy label and dropped off by an adult.
