Program Technician job in the Oxford County USDA-FSA office in South Paris. Must be at least 17 to apply and have a valid drivers license. A good candidate would be a reliable, computer savvy and possibly have and agricultural background. The applicant must be motivated to take additional training independently through the governments Aglearn platform. This job entails meeting with customers on a daily basis and they must have good communication skills (verbal and written). Some travel and field work may be required throughout the Oxford County area. Qualifications: Knowledge in the following areas preferred: Excel, Microsoft Applications, GPS/GIS mapping, Citrix environment, and Adobe Acrobat. Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written). Applicant must be able to multi-task daily. Agriculture background and/or experience preferred as well. Must be motivated to read procedure and policies independently to keep up with changes and updates to current regulations.
