Roof Consultant and Management

RSU 16 is soliciting sealed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from
qualified roofing design and project management consulting firms for Poland
Regional High School Roof Replacement Project.

The project includes professional assessment, design, bidding support, and
construction administration services for approximately 80,738 sq. ft. of roof area
scheduled for replacement in 2027.

Sealed RFPs must be delivered to:

Deadline: May 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon). Late submissions will not be accepted.
RFPs will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline.

Elementary Schools Spatial Study & Facilities Planning (click here)

RSU 16 invites proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive spatial study of its three elementary schools. The study will evaluate current space utilization, building capacity, enrollment trends, and the alignment of existing facilities with the educational needs of students ages 3 through grade 6. The findings will assist with long‑term planning, including potential renovation, expansion, or reconfiguration of learning spaces.

Proposals will be accepted until May 7, 2026, and should be emailed to Superintendent Amy Hediger at ahediger@rsu16.org. Copies of the full RFP can be viewed on the RSU 16 website or by email request.
