Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan provides guidance to addressing the vision, mission, and goals that community members helped to create. The five comprehensive goals in the RSU 16 Strategic Plan include:
A. Create equitable opportunities for students to succeed.
B. Ensure all students experience high quality staff and instruction.
C. Build community collaboration and communication.
D. Maintain and improve operations and facilities.
E. Model Excellent Governance.
The Strategic Plan has been updated annually and continues to serve as the foundation for budget and program development.
