Strategic Plan

As part of the School Board Goals for 2023-2024, a Strategic Planning Team was established to update the RSU 16 Strategic Plan.

In January 2024, a team comprised of school board members, town officials, community members, school staff and administration met to design a five-year roadmap for RSU 16.

Community input was sought through a survey. Staff members participated in a feedback loop with the Superintendent. The Strategic Planning Team used this feedback and data to create this plan.

Following Board approval, the RSU 16 Administrators will operationalize the plan, identifying steps to bring outcomes to fruition by 2030. Through Board reports, the Superintendent and Administrators will make reports to the Board, advising them of progress towards the vision of each focus area.
